Depends where the liquid has spilled, your laptop must have liquid damage in the main power rail and that is why its not turning on. The mainboard and the affected liquid damage circuitries, all need to be cleaned properly (best cleaning fluid is to use zippo lighter fluid, as its oily petroleum based, and it does not dry the circuitries out like alcohol does) where the liquid damage is, and all the shorted circuitries need to be replaced appropriately. Liquid damage can't be just dried out as 90% of times liquid damage causes mainboard circuitry damage and that is why your laptop doesn't boot and/or turn on. Take your laptop to an experienced technician so that they can diagnose your laptop and see if they can fix it, as most liquid damage can be fixed but its a specialist job that a user like you can't do by just drying the laptop. Good luck.
