Hi,

Need some assistance regarding WiFi connection of my Acer Aspire 3 15 N22CS. WiFi connection suddenly disappear and am trying to reconnect it but it also unable to detect WiFi connections. I've already tried some troubleshooting steps like the following:

-Restart of Laptop

-Network Reset

-Disable/Enable WiFi adapter

-Update WiFi Adapter

-Uninstall WiFi Adapter

-Reset Connection Settings thru Internet Options

-Get new driver for Wireless

-Download and install the latest driver for the said unit

But the issue still persist. Any recommendations for other troubleshooting/repair for the WiFi issue?

Thank you.

First of all there is no such model as the Acer Aspire 3 15 N22CS laptop, have a look underneath your Aspire laptop sticker again and give us the correct model number that should be something like A315-xx or similar. The best Wi-Fi driver to install and to diagnose a fault is with the oem Acer support driver provided for your Aspire laptop. Uninstall all the Wi-Fi drivers that are shown in Device Manager > Network adapters and then install the oem Acer provided Wi-Fi driver for your Aspire laptop, as that should work 100%. There is no trick or any special hidden way of installing this driver, as if the oem Acer Wi-Fi driver does not work for your laptop, its either your modem that is faulty or the Wi-Fi card in your Aspire laptop is faulty, so check those and fix/replace accordingly.
