    What model is the 412RG8B as those numbers mean nothing and its not a reference to any desktop, is your desktop an Aspire desktop a Nitro or a Predator desktop? Give us more details.

    DESKTOP-412RG8B is likely the system name that Windows automatically generated. It has nothing to do with what model computer it is. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx.
