Acer Aspire A515-43 is performing very poorly. FPS very low

Hello, I have a Acer Aspire A515-43 Laptop. I use it to play league
of legends and I maintain between 25 ~ 35 fps on low, medium, high,
ultra graphic settings. The specs I had at the time was a Ryzen 3200U,
AMD Radeon Vega 3 Graphics and 4 gigs of ram. Recently, I upgraded my
RAM from 4 gigs to 16 gigs of ram, however, I still maintain the same
FPS on league of legends as I did with 4 gigs of ram.

The reason why I am posting this is because there are videos on youtube, for example, ,
which shows the laptop being able to reach over 60fps on League of
legends, however, I am unable to achieve this dispite upgrading the RAM
as recommended. Can anyone assist me in resolving this?

What's you Cpu/Gpu temperature While gaming?.

Also I recommend to install older amd driver. Newer are only optimized from navi and rdna.

Or best to install VGA DRIVER FROM SUPPORT PAGE WITH CHIPSET DRIVER THERE FOD YOUR LAPTOP.
