audio issue, not able to find loudness equlization settings Nitro AN515-55

so im having this issue in my audio , i want to turn on loudness equlization settings in enhancement , but i cant find it , searched about it said you gotta download high defention audio driver thing ,

so i went to device manager > voice and game … > relatek audio > disable driver > update > driver > browse > let me pick … > uncheck show complatible hardware > searched for microsoft > then downloaded the lastest version of high defention audio driver

but after i restart my laptop my headset's microphone stops working for some reason and the laptop microphone starts working , even if i select on microphone in discord or in the laptop settings it still uses the laptop's microphone , so i just uninstall the driver i downloaded and everything goes back to normal but

i cant use loudness equlization after : /

how can i fix this please help

In W11 23H2 Audio Enhancement (when set to device defaults) is the new Loudness setting, in Realtek Audio Console change Music to Movie (TrueHarmony) that will boost the volume slightly. If you use Windows Media Player right-click (Context menu) includes the Equalizer that can boost the volume with 12db.
