A hardware issue, could be the RAM, what is your full laptop model and year, if not a Chromebook what Windows version and build are you running. When did you replace the battery and is this still the original power adapter? Check if there is a small pinhole in the back of the laptop with a battery sign and gently stick a pin in that hole till you feel it click, keep pressing down for 5 seconds to reset the battery.

OK, I got the thread, when you reply, use the "Quote" at the bottom or type @Puraw (or to whom you are replying).

That is an 8th Gen laptop from early 2019, meaning the battery is 4-5 years old. You should be running Windows11 23H2 or Linux. Disconnect the battery and check you RAM module, unseat and secure firmly back in the slot or leave the RAM module out, reconnect the battery and try to boot, there is a 4GB RAM soldered RAM module so it should boot. If RAM is not causing the BSOD I recommend bringing the Laptop to Acer Services in your country for checking. Alternatively buy a new battery and try that.
