Acer Aspire V5-573g power off usb charging is not powering off

As suggested in the title, the usb port on the back of the laptop doesn't stop providing power to devices. I have a SMSL su-1 dac connected to this port and as it doesn't have auto off build in fuction, it stays on even when I turn off he laptop.
From what I read before posting here, people usually have the opposite problem - the usb not charging when turned off :)

I have unchecked the button in the quick access panel (Power-off USB Charing), but the device still stays turned on.

The other 2 usb ports on the sides don't do this, but I prefer to use the one on the back side of the laptop, as cable management is tidier this way.

I couldn't find any option to change this even in the advanced bios settings.

When i shut down the laptop, the external DAC switches off for a second and than turns on again.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try this: Uninstall Hibernate and Fast Startup, change Acer custom Power Plan to Windows default Power Plan or reset Windows Power Plan to factory default. In advanced Power Plan settings disable USB Selective Suspend. This 2015 laptop can run Windows10 but not Windows11 (no TPM2.0), if you have installed W11 you can expect Power and other issues.

    Thanks for the hints.

I recently installed a clean win 10 pro. There is no Acer anything on it.

The power profile is the balanced from windows. I tried to disable usb selective suspend , but didn't work out.

Where do I uninstall hybernate and fast startup from? They aren't in the control panel uninstall windows..
