The Acer ANV15-51 requires a hard shutdown to function again after closing and reopening the screen

So, it has been a few months since I bought it, and it began acting like this a week ago. Whenever I close the screen and open it again, the screen remains black, yet the laptop is running like the Keyboard is responsive, I can turn off the keyboard's back light, mute/unmute etc.

Yet, the laptop doesn't work, I have to hard shutdown the laptop and start it back up. I have tried some alleged solutions for the problem, but none of them worked, and the problem is still very persistent. I can't for the life of me figure out what is causing this or how to fix it, so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Keeping the Power Button down will have corrupted some system files that may have been fixed when booting again but not always. you have to refresh the system image online with DISM and repair the corrupted files with SFC (in that order). But first reset BIOS with F9 (in BIOS) and save settings on exit. Reboot to Windows and change your custom Acer Power Plan to Windows default plans or if you are already using the Windows Power Plan reset that plan to factory defaults. Disable Hibernate and Fast Startup and reboot. Go online and open the Command Prompt as administrator, paste this: Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and press Enter. Paste this SFC /scannow and press enter, repeat the SFC command till you see "….did not find any integrity violations". Uninstall Acer Care Center and any battery monitors you may be running (bloatware). Uninstall these 2 battery drivers in Device Manager (red circle in picture) and just reboot.
