Hello,

the power plug of predator helios 300 is hard to keep connected so during the game the power often goes out.

Is it the type of plus? Is it a computer problem?

Have you experienced the same?

Inspect the plug and DC port if you see any burn marks, do you hear a beep just before the power goes out? If no beep and no burn marks on the plug/port and the power adapter is still the original adapter that came with the laptop you should bring the laptop to Acer Services in your country as there may be a bad RAM module/contact, include the adapter. You can also try to borrow another adapter with a plug for your laptop (don't force a wrong plug in the DC port or use a plug that fits too loose) If you have no issues with another adapter you have to replace your power adapter.

There are a bunch of different Predator Helios 3000 models, and each year is a different design. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like PH3xx-xxx-xxxx. I believe all of them, however, only support charging via a standard barrel connector and not via USB-C. That's because of the power requirement of the system, the 100W or so you can get through a USB-C isn't enough to run the machine and charge at the same time. They do use a larger barrel on these models than is used on most of Acer's laptops, 5.5mm instead of 3.0mm and that's also due to the high power requirements. Try routing the power cable differently, so it doesn't have any tension pulling the plug loose.
