ACER laptop A315 the screen flashed and turned black

Good morning,

I bought a ACER laptop A315 i5 from Francistown Botswana on 20/12/2022.

It started to gave problems since 08/2023, the screen flashed and turned black. Your people told me to pay because it was software problem. I paid and the problem was still the same.

After twice repairs it still the same plus it showed “ No Bootable devices”. Your repair people said it might be hard drive problem and asked me to send to them again.

They changed the mother board and kept it there for over a month( dragged over warranty period).

The flashing black problem is no longer there but the laptop still collapsed and showed “No Bootable Devices”

After argument with your staff they sent it for repair, this time they told me “There is no problem with the laptop”

It collapsed again 1 day after I got it back with the same problem.

Now the laptop is over warranty and I got angry. I sent it 4 times for repair and the last repair they told me “there is no problem”-------it collapsed 1 day after I got it back with the same problem.

Are you people liars?

For a big and good named company , your service after sale was not professional but childish.
