Blue patches appears on screen

I recently bought an Acer monitor through Amazon on February 29, 2024.At first, I didn't notice. But after a few days I noticed blue colour patches on the monitor. Then I contacted acer helpline 1800100114 and they said that they have sent the full details to acer helpline mail. So, I am giving my details below. I am attaching an invoice bill and screenshots for monitor condition. So, I hope you can show the appropriate solution.

    Show us pictures so we can see what is going on. You will likely have to contact Acer support for your locale to get a ticket started if the issue is serious enough. We are all just other Acer users, so not a connection with Acer support themselves.

    I recently bought an Acer Desktop through your store or partner on March 28, 2024.
    but it's not booting properly so please check what was the issue...
