Acer A514-51G-58P8 Screen Hang at Start Up - Can't Boot Up and Enter Windows 11

Hi,

Problem:

My laptop can't boot up and is unable to enter Windows 11. After powering on, it is stuck at the start.

Observation:

The screen displayed corrupted signals and seemed damaged. I suspect it is the Bios problem. Because even when I removed the SSD and powered it on, the laptop was not entering BIOS setup, instead, it displayed a corrupted image.

I think that it is not the screen broken issue because I tried to connect the laptop to external monitor, it did not show working Windows start up in the monitor. The monitor displayed blank.
