How can I actually speak to someone from Acer?

it is 8pm, I have been trying to contact ANYONE from Acer to resolve a massive problem with my screen display. I started at 12 noon. So far I cannot seem to find anyone to help with my issue. My laptop is brand new, given as a Christmas gift. But the Acer support says I am out of warranty so my queries are ignored.

Moving the cursor causes a black screen underneath the cursor. If I touch a link, the screen vibrates so hard it's unusable.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service with any other company I've had to deal with before. Can anyone help me with this problem before I dump my brand new laptop as the garbage it is?🤬🤦

    Hi,

Yours must be in warranty but if if its a gift, you may be out of luck, I would suggest get it fixed by an Acer authorised Service centre near you otherwise search for Acer Support Centre in your country and try.

You can also try contacting an Acer dealer for an advice.

Thanks for trying to help, it's much appreciated. Unfortunately I've spent a good amount of time following links that were supposedly to allow contact. None of them actually yielded results. I will be pretty ticked off if the pull the out of warranty card, because it's brand new to me and purchased AS brand new. Looks like I'll be finding a new laptop, very shoddy customer service in my opinion.

Bat least you took the time to try and help. Again, thanks!!
