If BT worked before just restore the system to a date before the BT connect issues occurred: Type restore in Windows11 Search box and click on "Create a Restore Point", at the top left click on "System Restore" and select a date.

I'm having the same issues bro, bt devices can be detected and initially connect on it but it will get automatically disconnected after, I've tried the same things you did and so far no luck

OHH BRO,
HEY BRO, I FOUND THIS OUT.
I THINK THE DEVICE WE SHOULD TRY TO CONNECT SHOULD BE BT 5.3 AND ABOVE ONLY
Bluetooth Standard: Supports Bluetooth® 5.3 or above1 -
Hey bro, I've fixed my issue. Go to Windows Button > Reset this PC. Though you might lose your important files so make sure you make a back up first. or you can try to install the Intel wireless bluetooth driver version 23.100.0.4

This is my current driver version after I reset my PC and now it's working fine. I wont opt in for the update because i might lose my bt again. lol
