Touchpad is not working on aspire 7

Hi acer team i buy a product from your offline store date 16 sep 2023 and its touchpad is not working i contact your support team through phone call they say to me that your product is out of warranty please resolve this as soon as possible. I am sending you a copy of original bill of product.

    You will have to sort out the warranty issue with Acer Support in your country by editing the warranty details online, this is the Acer Community for users sharing info about Acer devices, not Acer Support. Go to BIOS with F2 and check the touchpad setting, that should be 12C HID and not PS/2, save settings and boot to Windows. In Device manager uninstall all touchpad drivers you see including the 12C HID device in Human Interface Devices and just reboot. Windows11 will reinstall MS Precision drivers for your touchpad.
