You can restore the system to an earlier date and you will only lose updates made after that date, no pre-installed apps.
You can restore/recover Windows OEM with the Recovery Option in Acer Care Center. Same as above, you will lose only updates.
You can Refresh/Reset Windows without losing your files (Reset this PC) and you may lose some 3rd-party programs/data but not the Acer apps or you can completely Reset this PC losing all your data including all Acer apps.

To restore the system, type restore in the Search bar and click on "Create a restore point", at the top left you will find the "System Restore" option, click on that and select a date when the system was still working OK. This is the best option to fix issues quickly.

If you don't have Acer Care Center to restore your laptop to factory defaults, you can download that for Acer Support for your Aspire model, select the Recovery option in ACC, if you have not deleted any OEM folders or reinstalled Windows that should work.

To reset, type reset in Search bar and the system will restart with the blue Troubleshoot screen where you select "Reset this PC" either without losing your data or with losing all your data options.

Realtek is your audio driver that will be reinstalled with all the above methods. If you have sound issues that may fix the problem.

Hi @Mck_User07 you have two options to restore your computer, the first is through Acer recovery, in this case the computer will be left with the version of Windows that it had from the factory and the rest of the Acer utilities and applications that were delivered along with the operating system whenever you have not changed the version of Windows and I still have the Acer recovery partition:

Logically, you will not have the applications installed by you after purchasing the device.

A second method is to apply the Microsoft installation from scratch, in this case you will lose the Acer utilities and applications, although some of them can probably be downloaded from the Acer team page.

What model exactly do you have and what version of Windows is installed?

    All the best.

I Have Windows 11 and my acer laptop is an Acer Aspire 3 Laptop I know that some apps can be installed from this website and Microsoft store but is there anything that's gonna be uninstalled from my laptop that can not be installed again here's a picture

I Don't want to lose like some adjustments that has been made by Acer(OEM) so i want to know if anything important is gonna be uninstalled or mess with by Windows/Microsoft

Please indicate the exact model, something similar to this:
    A315-59
Regarding the question of whether the configurations will be maintained when applying a recovery, the answer is no.

    All the best.

My Laptop thingy is Aspire A315-35 and what do you mean by "NO"?

I meant that the recovery did not respect the application configurations either.
These are the applications available for download on the Acer device:

In summary, if you apply the Acer recovery from the computer as long as you keep it intact, the applications that Acer included from the factory will be installed.
If you cannot apply the Acer recovery and install from Microsoft, you will lose the Acer applications except the ones I left in the screenshot that you can download and install.

    All the best.

my question are, is the application configurations are the stuff i modified in the app?, can i save apps in using a usb stick and is my only options to download the apps just using the acer recovery media?

I was referring only to when the keep files method is used.
As for saving applications on a USB, this is not possible, you need the application in executable format.

    All the best.

See if this can help you, the Windows 10 method is valid for Windows 11:

  • Alejandro_AC

That works, once you apply the recovery as I mentioned before and I leave you Acer's direction on how to carry out the procedure, to replace drivers and applications.

    All the best.

Here explains the method to return the equipment to its original factory state:

Since it is an Acer recovery, I understand that it will include all the Acer applications that came installed with the device, but I cannot guarantee that.
Your personal files such as photos, videos, photographs or documents must be copied to external media because they will be deleted in the recovery.

    All the best.

Sorry, I don't speak English and I use a translator to try to help you and I am not able to explain it any other way.
I can only refer you to the information in the last link I gave you about Acer, here is the screenshot.

In it, Acer comments that the system should remain as it was delivered from the factory, but it is something that I cannot guarantee.

    All the best.
