Does Acer "Contact Us" actually reply? After getting the replacement multiple issue

I'm trying to request a replacement laptop for the one I ordered (Acer Nitro 16, Windows 11 Home, AMD Ryzen™ 5 7640HS, 165Hz, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Nvidia RTX 4050) and received nearly 4 months ago. I've had issues with it the moment it arrived and still have continued to run into. I've sent out multiple enquiries a few weeks apart from each other using the Contact Us page on the acer (AU) website and I've yet to receive a reply.

These issues include:

  • Blue Screens
  • The screen freezing for an indefinite length of time (Occurs once every 2-3 days when alt-tabbing. I've waited and resorted to force shut down.)
  • Black screen during start up (It'll just be a black screen after the logo disappears, and I've also tried waiting before just holding down the power button)
  • What I am assuming is screen tearing (When gameplay is choppy as if there's low framerate. I run on 160fps)

The gist of what I've been doing is playing Valorant, using discord, doing Uni work and browsing the internet, everything my old laptop could do even if it was a bit slower.

    Go to this link. Enter your machine's serial number id (SNID). Use the chatline or other contact method provided ONLY AFTER entering the SNID.
