My Predator Helios 300 has no display, It connects it to a remote desktop with phone displaying

My Predator Helios 300 which I bought recently (2022 model) went all black. I hear it is starting but there is no display on the laptop's screen. It connects it to a remote desktop with my phone and it is displaying on external display with HDMI but it is not showing anything on my Laptop's screen. I tried replacing the screen but it wont wok and there is no Acer Services in my country. Please Help.

    If the screen doesn’t come on but your laptop fires on with no image, you don’t replace the screen automatically as the first thing that needs doing is to do a Hard Reset of your laptop so that the laptop resets, you do this by taking the main battery out and disconnecting the bios battery and shortening the +&- pins of the bios battery at the mainboard plug and then taking the ram out and leaving the laptop like that for at least 1 hour and reconnecting everything, As doing all this should reset the laptop as you could have a frozen EC chip and all this resets the laptop completely and 9 out of 10 times it makes the laptop work.

    If the reset doesn't work then its the eDP cable or the screen. Also and when you changed the screen, I hope that you disconnected the main battery first and didn’t have the laptop plugged into the adapter, as if you did then you have damaged your laptop mainboard and your laptop needs a new mainboard. If your laptop doesn’t work after a screen replacement and you did disconnect all power, then it’s a fault in the eDP cable data section plug which needs replacing and also I suggest that you take your laptop to an experienced technician who knows what he’s doing and can analyse your laptop properly and fix it.
