Have you replaced the battery yet, after 8 years it will be about to quit: maximum 1,000 charge cycles is normally 4-5 years lifespan. Run a battery report if you want to make sure: paste this in the Command Prompt: powercfg /batteryreport and check the full capacity. https://www.laptopbatterydirect.net/acer/acer-predator-15-g9-593-battery.htm

Sir thanks for your reply. Yes I have replaced battery but lapyop is not getting charge with the new battery as well. I am using with charger continously , if charger is removed then laptop will be switched off.

Am surprised to See and hear from the authorised service center ,informed they cannot help with the laptop as its very old and the parts they cannot get it now.

Sir please help and guide me what to do with laptop.

Next in line is to question the condition of the adapter, is it still powerful enough to charge the new battery? See if you can find/borrow another adapter with a plug that fits in the DC port of your laptop. Check this too when you wiggle the adapter DC plug while connected to the wall outlet do you see the amber battery LED come on, or no LEDs at all come on at the side of the laptop? Reply with @Puraw at the top so I get an alert.

@Puraw Thanks for reply sir. Yes the adapter is powerfull and am running my laptop on it. If adapter removed then it will be off. And the Amber Light in laptop blinks at every 15 seconds.

Its I7 and 6th gen, how come authorized service center cannot help over this??

Where I can get repaired my laptop sir?

Go to Acer Support online for your country and find the list of Acer accredited repair shops in the Services section, contact one near where you live. Explain that there is a power supply issue with a good battery, when you bring the laptop include the power adapter. They will give you an estimate of the repair costs for a major item like a new motherboard, but it may just need a new DC port ($50). You can run the laptop without a battery, but you run the risk that the system shuts down unexpectedly when a brownout occurs, or Windows detects there is no battery.
