I have a stick of 16GB RAM (3200 MHz) (Transcend), and I wanted to upgrade it to 32GB. I have just bought another one with the same speed (3200 mhz), but it's a different brand (Crucial). My laptop shows as 32GB, but it is only 2667 MHz.

Does anyone have any solutions?

You must have two 16GB ram modules that are different and not the same, as one of the ram modules must be a DDR4-2666MHz as and if you had both ram modules at DDR4-3200MHz the Task Manager > Memory > Speed will show 3200Mhz. You can also install CPUz and look in this software SPD #1 and #3 sections and see the exact specifications of what ram you have installed, as there is no way that if they were the same the speed will be at 2666Mhz. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
