I want to download an owner's manual for an Acer Full HD 1080. Its an old laptop. I also need to know what power supply to use and where to get one.

So the owners manual for your SP111-31 is on the Acer site, go to support, enter the model number (SP111-31 not N16W2) and look in the Documents section. There are two power supplies listed in the FRU, they are interchangeable:

The key is they are 45W supplies that provide 19VDC through a 3.0x1.1mm barrel plug. You should be able to find a lot of different ones that work through online searches. Also watch for that plug size spec, some other brands use a 3.0x1.35mm plug and that won't give you the best results since the center pin won't get great contact.

Post the full model number of your laptop (FHD 1080P is the screen) and year so we can look up where to get a compatible power adapter. There are no Acer Services guides, but we can try to find any available info for legacy laptops.

The model number is N16W2, series Spin 1 SP111-31-C2W3, Serial Number NXGL2AA001xxxxxxxxxxx and the SNID is xxxxxxxxxxx, that's all the numbers I could find. I found the owner's manual online. Thaanks for your help!
