That message means that Windows is unable to start the Core isolation security feature for various reasons, read this link: https://winresolver.com/fix-standard-hardware-security-not-supported/ You may have downloaded the ISO file from Cloud?

I have a brand-new Swift X with Windows11 Home that has that security issue too, the OEM OS was installed with Cloud by Acer with a 3rd-party AV program and a policy was set in Defender's registry prohibiting changing some security settings, I also cannot use the Quick Scan option in Defender, but virus/malware scanning works OK in automatic system maintenance and using the command prompt. If Secure Boot and TPM are enabled (set by default in BIOS) which I am sure are running, and in Device Manager check if you see any yellow exclamation marks or greyed out devices (expand also the hidden devices) there is nothing you can do other than a Clean install of Windows, I don't think that Reset alone will reinstall Defender. This has no impact on your security, many systems run fine without Core Isolation, in fact in Windows10 22H2 it is optional. 😉
