Hi I am the owner of an old laptop Aspire A315-41G. My laptop was trotting a lot and I wanted to lower the MHz of the processor. I searched for a long time for a program, as none of them worked on my processor, but here I found out.... about Helles ryzen test. I will attach screenshots of the program

When I went into this program, I got a blue screen and the laptop rebooted. And I noticed a problem with MHz (as it turned out later p-state 0 changed). I managed to enter this program through the Windows Utility (Compatibility Troubleshooter). And I saw that p-state 0 is 2500MHz. In the program it is possible to change p-state 1,2 but 0 is impossible. After changing p-state 0 AMD crash defender-display driver problems come out. The screen starts blinking and the laptop reboots P/s please help, I tried everything, maybe you can help me to overclock the CPU.

Try to do a hard reset and see if that resets the EC and bios and chipset chips and resets the cpu's to its full function. Hard reset consists of taking the battery out, disconnecting the rtc/bios battery and the short the rtc/bios battery plug +&- pins at the mainboard to reset CMOS and take the ram out, leave the laptop for at least 1 hour like that but in your case leave it overnight and then reconnect all components and reboot, see if this resets the cpu full function, as you never ever use any software to overclock the cpu as in these sorts of laptops its NOT needed and 99% of time it causes damage. If this doesn't work then you have damaged your cpu and you will need a new mainboard. Good luck.
