In the last 2 months i have encountered some issues with my GPU i am not sure if it is software of hardware but, overall its weird.

I already had sended it back to the shop where i got it from, CoolBlue for a check, they sended it back to the repair shop and they couldnt find anything and blamed it on the whole motherboard.

although they fixed a other issue where the sound couldnt be found on the whole laptop they havent found the issue for this.

Geforce experience is up to date also, and the rise on taskmanager appears right before the error after that it drops dead and shoots back up.. meanwhile doesnt matter what game i play it would have crashed already.

Don't know if have the 2021 version 27.21.14.5167 NVidia driver or that you installed a different version. I recommend you uninstall the display driver in Safe Mode with DDU and just reboot: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html

everything was the newest so yeah.31.0.15.5176 is what the driver is on right now.. and geforce experience is at 551.76. the issues became worse also bc now every time i open geforce experience the pc freezes completly cant click [Hide sensitive content] and a hour ago it gave a very short orange screen like 1 second and then it was ok.

Try to monitor the temperature of the GPU while gaming with the task manager.

I see through the screenshot that it shows 78C but don't know if anything is running that uses the GPU.

@AnhEZ28 @Puraw Alright yesterday, i have used the ddu in safe mode to de instal both the nvidea gpu driver and the intel gpu driver. after that i installed both newest drivers. i have now a other issue, it seems the health of both gpu's are ok when i check it at device manager and via other ways to check the health.

but now this is popping up with the following programs while running it with the intel UHD Graphics 630:

    OBS:

    World of tanks:

among us i did to check if it wasnt only WOT, what it says there is that it doesnt respond the program:

those errors i got while using the Intel as main gpu.

This is what happends when i use the nvidea as main, as first everything responds very slow, second discord doesnt open and spotify and as last this.

Doesnt matter what it gets blocked by the nvidea then.

So how can i resolve this problem?

I check these messages and possibly they mean that the GPUs might be overheating (either the Intel GPU or the Nvidia GPU) or something wrong with the drivers.

Use HWmonitor and check the maximum temperature of the CPU, Intel GPU, and Nvidia GPU to rule out the problems.

    @Joeyfranken

Can you expand this tab also?

Keep the HWMonitor open and run the game for a few minutes. After that, take screenshots of the CPU temperature and Nvidia GPU temperature section like this.

@AnhEZ28 the issue is the game will not even start up bc it doesnt have acces to the gpu or something
