The oem components of your PO3-630 desktop is that your desktop has an Acer proprietary (as the board is not square) but its DTX compatible size mainboard similar that has a basic size of 8.0" × 9.6 (203 × 244 mm) / Socket LGA1200 cpu / Chipset: Intel B560 / Support DDR4 1.2V 3200 U-DIMMs (4GB/8GB/16GB) dual channel up to 64GB total memory / RTX 3060 Ti GPU.

The best LGA1200 cpu with the B550 chipset boards start for the mATX board sizes up to the top end ATX boards sizes with the gaming chipset of the Intel Z590 that are 12.0" × 9.6" (305 × 244 mm) in size, As far as a gaming case, see this test here Best PC Cases 2024 as its up to your own choice and whatever you want from a case like airflow for gaming, nice rgb Christmas lights😀, white in color, good looks etc etc you will also need a new modular PSU that would increase your desktops gpu upgrade potential, so I would consider a Corsair of either the high power AX range or the lower cost Corsair RM750x, which is the top of the range for a mix of quality and wattage of PSUs as Corsair imo are the best and will make your desktop a much better gaming platform. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

If you need to replace both the motherboard and case then any MB designed for your 11th gen CPU should work, along with a case for that size motherboard. You should be able to reuse your CPU, memory and storage, though you will likely end up having to load a few drivers. The proprietary portion of the Acer motherboard is pretty much just the 'diving board' out the front to bring the front ports out and that only fits the original case.
