Hello, I am using the Nitro ANV15-51, and due to the lack of resources, I cannot upgrade my memory. It is hard to find DDR5 5200MHz in my place. Thus, I am considering downgrading to DDR4 4800MHz. I can buy and put a 32GB kit on it, 2x16. My question is, is the Nitro ANV15-51 capable of holding DDR4, or is it only built-in for DDR5.

Thank you!

Yes, this model supports DDR4-3200MHz and LPDDR4x 4267MHz modules too but try to get Kingston DDR5 4800MHz modules instead: https://www.kingston.com/en/memory/search/model/108833/acer-nitro-v-15-anv15-51xxx-intel-ddr5.

Intel quotes this for the i5-13420H CPU:
    Up to DDR5 5200 MT/s
    Up to DDR4 3200 MT/s
    Up to LPDDR5/x 5200 MT/s
    Up to LPDDR4x 4267 MT/s
