First of all > "1 TB memory" there is no such thing, you mean a laptop with 1TB M.2 SSD hard drive. The best laptop that I would recommend for its price and quality is the Swift 3X SF314-510G-576A Notebook (around USD $1000, could be cheaper so shop around) as this laptop has a USB Type-C Detail - USB Type-C port: USB 3.2 Gen 2 (up to 10 Gbps), DisplayPort over USB-C, Thunderbolt 4, USB charging 5 V; 3 A, DC-in port 19 V; 65 W and is an excellent value for money laptop for what you get. Not many budget laptops come with a Thunderbolt port or a 1TB M.2 SSD drive so forget about that, as you can upgrade the M.2 drive yourself and also the ram as most will come with 8GB ram but not the Thunderbolt port.

All laptops even very budget laptops have a HDMI port that you can connect twin monitors to, but you will need a twin HDMI hub to connect twin monitors to, but doing this will only give you twin monitors with the same image projected to both monitors and not a continual image twin monitor setup. For a continual image to both monitors you need to have a Thunderbolt port, so be aware of this as its important. Good luck and hope it helps you out.
