I have a new question on the Acer Care hard drives installed it does not show my EVO 970 Plus

When I pull up The Acer Care center and go to hard drives installed it does not show my EVO

970 Plus m.2 nvme drive. It shows drive is not supported . Why is this. Thanks in advance.

    Check if the NVMe drive is detected in File Explorer either as D: or F:, if also not detected, open Windows Disk Management and see if Samsung 970 is listed with a drive letter, if no drive letter, Right click on the SSD and select "Change drive letter and path" and type in a letter d or F. If nothing shows, boot to BIOS with F2 and check if you see HDD1 listed. If not, open the PC if a laptop, disconnect the battery and check the PCIe slot connection, make sure the slot supports NVMe SSD and not Sata only. Change the Sata Mode to AHCI in BIOS may help.

    Please check in the bios. Uninstall the acer care center and try to reinstall it.
