Aspire A715-42h sudden shutdown while working even when fully charged

my laptop aspire A715-42h automatically gets shut downed while working most often even when it is fully charged. Thus disturbing the work . how to overcome this problem ?

    Do you have a usb hub or mouse connected to the laptop usb ports, as these accessories could cause your laptop to turn off if they overload the power supply. Otherwise, it could be a power rail problem that needs diagnosing internally in your A715-42H laptop by either Acer or an experienced technician in your area.

    First try to do a Hard Reset of the laptop, undo the back cover and take the battery out, then disconnect the RTC/BIOS battery and short its _&- pins at the mainboard plug and then take the ram out, leave the laptop like that for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight) then reconnect everything and reboot the laptop, as this should reset your laptops and should make the power problem go away.
