Microphone Not Working PH315-52, Windows 11

Hi. I had my Predator Helios 300 for about four years now. I don't know why but, I have always struggle to make the built-in or headphones microphone work. The built-in mic only worked once in the past four years on a video call and I don't know how I managed to make it work. Recently, I'm trying to make the mic work for MW3. Yesterday, I spent five hours to try everything to make the built-in mic or the headphones mic work but, no results. It's like no matter what I do is not picking up any kind of sound. I know it's probably something simple but, there are so many different settings between the laptop, Battle Net and MW3 that it could be literally anything. I had a surround sound program and I deleted that to reduce the number of different parameters. Right now, I only have the Realtek audio program, the Microphone array program and my headphones Razer Barracuda X as different programs for sound on my laptop. I tried everything between the settings with these. I just don't know and don't understand what it's going to take for the microphone on my laptop to work once for all. I'm just about to bring my laptop to a repair shop. In my personal opinion, there should not be so many different settings and so many different parameters just to setup a microphone on a computer. I'm not a recording studio technician and it shouldn't be that complicated. I shouldn't have to bring my laptop to a repair shop just to setup the mic properly. It could be anything between my laptop settings, Battle Net settings, MW3 settings or completely something else.

    Try this method :

1--> go to windows settings > privacy > microphone - make sure it's enabled

2---> go to control panel > hardware & sound > Hd audio manager - double click the little circle underneath where it says "analog" and select "headset".

if the above method doesn't work, try with restarting by try holding down your power button to shut off the computer and restart it.
