Aspire VN7-592G startup application settings over-ridden with each restart

I have an Aspire VN7-592G running Windows 10 home 64 bit. I've noticed that every time I optimise the start up applications via Acer care centre, the settings are over-ridden and return to default ( resulting in longer boot time) each time I restart the system. Can anyone help prevent this?

I recommend not using Acer Care Center for that application but Windows Task Manager, Processes "Efficiency Mode". BTW: optimizing or prioritizing only works for the current session and returns to default after you reboot. To speed up boot time you need to completely uninstall programs that you don't need or disable/set to manual start the services in Windows Services. 3rd-party AV, browsers and trial programs will constantly update and backup to cloud slowing down the system considerably. Turn syncing off as MS also uses Cloud to update. Disabling Startup programs in Task Manager can be overridden by AV programs/Windows registry that enable these programs again. The best way is to disable the non-Windows services.
