hi

i bought a besaus docking station 7 in 1, in order to connect my 2 monitors to my laptop.

it seems my laptop doesn't recognize the docking station.

what can i do? is it possible it is a missing driver?

The "Baseus 10Gbps USB C Hub Type C to HDMI-compatible USB Adapter Ethernet Port Docking Station for MacBook Air M1 M2 USB Splitter" is the wrong type of USB hub for your Nitro AN515-52 laptop, as you don't have a Thunderbolt type USB-C display out port which you need to be able to use this hub. The USB-C port on the AN515-52 is a USB Charger Port - Connects to a USB charger on the left side of the laptop.

The only way you can connect 2x external monitors with the AN515-52 laptop is with its HDMI splitters that will only transmit the same image to all the connected screens. They can't display different images on each display they're connected to. They're intended as quick and inexpensive solutions if you only need to mirror the image to multiple TVs or monitors. To connect 2x monitors with a continuous screen on both monitors you need a HDMI port plus a DP port or a Thunderbolt port which you don't have, and you can't do. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
