why the battery backup info doesn't show correctly

i just opened my laptop and saw battery status which is just 51mins remaining with70% charge still there i charged my laptop 3 times to 100% without doing anything till it got charged and then worked on it till critical battery shows up like to 3%. But still i am having battery issue why?

    Hi @abarindambaishya It is a battery calibration problem, with the download and discharge process the values shown may not be correct over time, perform a battery calibration with Acer Care Center to correct it:

    (1) Go to the elevated command prompt. Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport'.

    (2) Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer.

    (3) Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser.

    (4) Compare design full 100% charge capacity with its remaining full 100% charge capacity.

    (5) Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible.
