Hello, as i see, your computer is not showing the correct ammount of hertz that it should due to a bad config, and i'll show you how to fix that with a few screen captures and simple steps.

Step 1-Open Settings app and click on "System", There, you will see an option that says 'Screen', click it, It's the first option.

Step 2-Once you clicked on Screen, scroll down, There should be an option that says "Advanced Screen" Or something like that.

Step 3-Once clicked, you'll see on the upper part, an option that shows how many screens do you have connected, and in the lower part you have the ammount of Hertz your selected screen supports, along with many other options.

Sorry, but i had to do another post due to an error while making the screen captures, anyways, ill put the images for step 3 and some explications.

Here, in the upper part, you can select the screen that you want, since i only have one screen, there's only one option.

Now, on the lower part, you can set the ammount of hertz at what you want, since my computer isnt so powerful, there's just two options, hope it helped, Have a good day.

Check the specs. of the GPU, I found that at 2160p (4K) 144hz is the max. supported refresh rate.
