There are two SODIMM slots. This allows you to fit up to 64GB of DDR4 memory. 2 x 16GB in dual-channel mode 3200MHz Standard JEDEC CL22 and non ECC, Dual or single Rank x8 modules should work. If you added a 16GB make sure it forms a kit with the other module, at least same brand, speed, CL and ranking. 2 x 8GB or 2x 16GB would run in 3200MHz Dual Channel mode, a mix of two modules may not boot.

I understand it works only with Samsung. Try to contact Samsung and check whether you can order through them

Please compare the specification of Samsung with other brand of Ram

    Hi,

It is very likely that Crucial RAM CT16G4SFD832A is single-rank (1Rx8). And you are mixing 1Rx8 with 2Rx8 RAM modules.

To guarantee the best compatibility and performance in dual-channel mode, preferably the RAM modules must be identical specs.

But still, you can try inserting this Samsung memory module into SO-DIMM slot #1, and the Crucial into slot #2.

Check also, if your Nitro's AN515-45 is updated to the latest UEFI firmware available version (1.11):
