Amber flashing of the Power LED indicates a hardware issue, possibly bad SODIMM module/contact. Disconnect the battery and unseat the 2 DDR4 modules, either replace one/both or just secure firmly back in the slots. Open the round CMOS capsule and remove the coin battery, if you have not tried that yet shorten the +/- contacts inside the CMOS capsule for a second with a bended paperclip and put the battery back with the + sign facing up. Press the power button on the keyboard for 10 seconds or so to discharge any static buildup on the MOBO. Reconnect the battery, close the back cover and try to boot. If still no luck, bring the laptop to Acer Services in your country to check the motherboard but first take out the 2.5-inch Sata HDD and mount that in an external USB HDD case to copy your data to another PC and delete your sensitive data or reformat the external HDD and reinstall the HDD in your laptop for servicing.
