I have a helios 300 2022 model bought from USA, still in warranty which recently noticed monitor is preserving a shadow of image shown even when I change it (I think it is called screen retention). As far as I know it is a manufacture defect and has to be repaired or monitor has to be changed and it is included in warranty. I'm currently residing in Turkey which acer repair declined any repairs (not the warranty, the repair in general. they wouldn't repair even being paid) and requested some very absurd documents to even try to look into the problem ( they said I have to be from the country it was bought from, and I have to provide to them why I am currently in turkey like the student residence permit). I can provide them with why I'm in Turkey but I am not from USA and do not have American passport.

So basically acer support in Turkey is a dead end for me . I wanted to contact Acer support but I have found absolutely no way of contacting them, no email no support page nothing. Can you guide me in how I can contact them and have my problem solved?

I have some pictures attached from the problem I have

Turn off Display. Try turning off your display for at least a few hours, or as many as 48, ideally.

Use a White Screensaver. Try setting your screensaver to a pure white image and leaving it to run for a few hours. That may not remove image retention entirely, but it should dampen how noticeable it is.

Bring the laptop to Acer Services in your country and try to claim a new screen, the model is 2-years old.

Turning off the screen does nothing I ran my laptop with screen off for a week, when I turned it on, the previous shadows (that were there before turning it off) were there. White screen savers mess with everything (eveything will have a white shadow), black ones are fine. It basically picks up any stationary part on the screen which hasn't changed in 5 minutes and will lose it in 5 minutes when it changes but that is not my problem. It is a screen defect, and it must be replaced. I cannot contact acer support and I wrote that Acer services is asking some weird stuff and won't look into in.
My problem (again) is that I can't find any way to contact Acer at all
