ACER AN515-58-50YE always encountered a BLUESCREEN, replace the RAM or upgrade to a higher memory?

Hi Acer Team,

I always encountered more 1 bluescreen issues everyday in my ACER laptop AN515-58-50YE. I bought it last August 2021. This device is still under warranty. Do you have any recommendations or steps to solve this issue? Do we need to replace the RAM or upgrade to a higher memory?

Let us know if we can solve it by replacing the RAM. Thanks

What are the BSOD errors descriptions or number codes, as if it relates to hardware, it will tell you by the code errors. The ram shouldn't be causing BSODs errors its usually a software or a driver issue in those Nitro laptops. Best is to send your laptop to Acer Support and get the Acer technicians to fix your AN515-58 under warranty, as if new parts or even a mainboard needs replacing, these laptops parts are very expensive and BSOD type of errors should be rectified under warranty by Acer and NOT you the consumer. Refresh the Windows image and then run SFC to repair the system files: Make sure you are online and open the Command Prompt as administrator and paste this line: Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and press Enter than paste this: SFC /scannow and press Enter. Repeat SFC till you see "…did not find any integrity violations".
