ACER AN515-58-50YE always encountered a BLUESCREEN, replace the RAM or upgrade to a higher memory?

Hi Acer Team,

I always encountered more 1 bluescreen issues everyday in my ACER laptop AN515-58-50YE. I bought it last August 2021. This device is still under warranty. Do you have any recommendations or steps to solve this issue? Do we need to replace the RAM or upgrade to a higher memory?

Let us know if we can solve it by replacing the RAM. Thanks
