My Acer Nitro 5 laptop is experiencing very low fps in all games, around 10 fps, and this is consistent across all games. I started experiencing this issue yesterday, and it has been about 2 to 3 months since I purchased the laptop. I couldn't find a solution to this problem anywhere on the internet. I believe it's a software issue. What could be the solution to this?

What is your Nitro 5 model number, like AN515-xx, as you need to updated to the last NVidia game ready driver, you need to play your games through the GeForce Experience software settings and have you updated the bios and/or gpu firmware (if your Nitro laptop has one) and have the latest windows updates, as its essential for sa Nitro gaming laptop to have all that done before it will perform to its peak performance. Do all that first and let us know how your Nitro laptop is performing, as if it doesn't change, then you have some hardware issues with your new Nitro laptop and you will need to send your laptop to Acer Tech Support in your country. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
