Не включается компьютер. Кулера вращаются изображения нету.

Думал проблема в оперативной памяти, менял не помогло. Блок питания менял не помогло. Видеокарту менял тоже не помогло. Процессор я думаю рабочий. Ножки на соккете тоже ровно стоят. Возможно материнская плата. Она издает звук 2 раза короткими сигналами. Пишут что это значит в оперативной памяти проблема. Интересно что это за проблема может быть? Монитор тоже менял.
