I have 500gb storage only. Can i add another internal storage on Acer AN515-47-R02X?

Yes, you have 2x 2280 PCIe NVMe 4.0 x4 slots and can add another NVMe Gen4 SSD to the second slot like a Samsung 980 Pro 2TB or larger.

You can add a higher capacity M.2 SSD drive, this laptop has provisions for an M.2 - SSD1 boot drive of the Gen 4 x4 type drive and a M.2 SSD2 slave drive of Gen 3 x4 type drive. the capacity is up to 4TB as that is what is the max capacity (at a reasonable price today) that can be purchased readily, unless you want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on an 8TB M.2 SSD drive? As the GUID (GPT) format that the AN515-47 laptop uses has a limit of 8 petabytes which you will never ever reach. Have a look at this benchmark tests of all the 1TB, 2TB and 4TB M.2 SSD drives at SSD Benchmarks Hierarchy 2024 and chose the M.2 SSD drive that you think suits you.
