how to recover original Acer swift windows 11 when notebook was purchased, from recovery partition?

I have recently bought Acer Swift notebook, with pre-installed windows 11 home edition with recovery partition as well. The system worked well but, it seemd optimized for the machine. I am not fun of Windows 11 and after getting assured I will not loos warranty, I conducted clean windows 10 installation. C-partition was formated, but recovery partition was untouched. Unfortunately, fingerprint sensor driver didn't work with win 10 and I couldn't figure out how to make it work. Since this feature is very good, I had to come back to windows 11, but now…I was not able to do recovery to the original state. Using recovery boot would only give restore within win 10 and I dont have prior created USB recovery stick. For now I have installed back windows 11 from MS site which literally is suffocating the capacity of laptop.

The question is straightforward, in this situation how to recover original Acer set windows 11 when notebook was purchased, from recovery partition?

    You should not downgrade a latest Windows11 system to Windows10, components and drivers are all Windows11 and BIOS is customized for Windows11 23H2 with Modern Standby (the new sleep mode). You will get power and update issues trying to force your W11 laptop to run on W10. All your original OEM folders and Acer recovery portion are gone now as you reformatted your boot drive. You can download Acer Care Center and Quick Access for your model from Acer Support or if you want the original OEM W11 OS back with all the other Acer apps and trial programs you can bring the laptop to Acer Services in your country to reset the system to factory defaults for a small service fee.

    You can get the acer preinstalled Windows 11 usb stick from Acer store.

    go to www.acer.com

    scroll down to end of page

    chose your country

    go to store on the top

    you can see the phone no to contact store.

    If your laptop is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept.     Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  click on "contact support".  Scroll down.  You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept. 

    Additional info to contact Acer Store:  Please visit the website - support.acer.com - chose your country - click on shop.   You can buy desktop, laptop, monitor and accessories.  Alternatively,  on the top right corner you can find the phone no to contact Acer store.   For the parts which are not available on Acer store, you have to contact local store.

    Note that the version available on the Acer store is the USA and Canadian version only. To get it for any other country you have to contact Acer support for your locale.
