unable to register my newly purchased Acer Swift GO 14 laptop

Hi, today when I tried registering my newly purchased Acer Swift GO 14 laptop, the portal registered a different model from my product. So I removed that product and I'm looking for help right now. I purchased the new Acer laptop from Flipkart on 3rd February 2024. my product serial number is NXKR0SXXXXXXXXXXX. Please help me to register my product.

    We are all just other Acer users. You really need to contact Acer itself to get that issue fixed. You also need to contact Acer through the correct site, you won't be successful contacting the Acer site in the USA if you are in a different country.
