Hello!

I got a problem with my Acer Swift 3... When I plug it in, the light bulb LED flashes in blue but I cannot start it. Also without the charger I cannot start.

I have already resettet the battery in the back twice.

What can I do?

That is the battery indicator that you are showing:

Flashing blue means that battery is facing issues while charging. Try another power adapter or if you have Thunderbolt PD and are using a USB-C charger, try a 100-Watt laptop USB-C charger. If nothing helps you can try to reset the CMOS, this involves opening the laptop and when still under warranty may void that warranty:
Power drain + CMOS reset: Open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard. Locate the CMOS module (with 2 twisted wires Red and Black) and remove the coin battery. Shorten the +/- contacts inside the CMOS capsule for 2 seconds with a bended paperclip and put the coin battery back with the + sign facing up, close the CMOS capsule. If you have removable SODIMMS unseat and secure firmly back in the slot(s). Next, press the Power Button on the keyboard for 10-15 seconds after that reconnect the battery cable to the motherboard. Close the laptop, plug-in the adapter and try to boot.

I followed your steps but it does not work, umfortunately. Even when I don't connect the battery again and plug in the charger it still has the blue flashlight. Is there anything else I can try?

Flashing blue for the battery indicator is trying to tell you the battery has failed. Since you haven't yet told us just which Swift 3 you have, we can't tell you if the battery is likely old enough to have failed normally, or whether this is some other issue. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like SF3xx-xxx-xxxx.

Are you using a conventional power adapter that came with your laptop or a new USB-C type charger, have you tried another adapter that fits the DC barrel port on your laptop?
