Problem with ACER NITRO 5, not booting on anymore. if I try to charge it, the LED doesn't come up

Hello, I have an Acer Nitro 5, I was using it as usual and it suddenly turned off completely.

The laptop was in charge before it turned off, and after it turned off, both LEDs gone off (even the led that indicates charging).

Now I cannot boot the pc anymore, it just doesn't boot, and if I try to charge it, the LED doesn't come up anymore neither, what might be the source of the problem? I think heat might've damaged something but I don't know.

I recommend bringing the laptop to Acer Services in your country as the 2 LED's not coming on indicates a hardware issue, possibly the RAM modules.
