I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing slow video playback on your EI322QURP3 monitor.
Here are a few potential solutions:
Refresh Rate: Different refresh rates on multiple monitors can cause your video display to malfunction. Video playback might stall or start and stop repeatedly rather than play smoothly. You can change the refresh rate of your monitor through the display settings.
Power Cycle: Perform a power cycle on your computer. Shut down your PC, unplug it, wait for a minute, plug it back, and then restart your PC.
Video Resolution and Quality Settings: Adjust the video resolution and quality settings. If your monitor supports HDR, you can try enabling or disabling it.
Update Display Drivers: Make sure your display drivers are up-to-date.

Your monitor doesn't have anything to do with how fast your system plays videos… It just displays what your computer tells it, when your computer tells it…

    Try windows x
    go to device manager
    expand display adapter
right click on display driver - uninstall
    Restart the computer

    It should work fine..

If it is still not working
Uninstall the display adapter from device manager
    Dont restart the computer.
    Go to support.acer.com
    chose your country
type snid or chose your model
    go to drivers

    @RobertoBonilla

We need to isolate the issue.

Try this monitor on a different computer and check.

If you are facing the same problem on a different computer then it is a monitor related issue.

Try a different monitor on this computer and check

If the other monitor is working fine on this computer then it is a issue with monitor. It is not a computer related issue.
