Hi! I've had my Aspire 3 A315-24PT for roughly 5 months, and it always worked great untill a few days ago that I had to format the computer. Now the bluetooth is not recognzing my headset, while my other devices still do without any problem.

Which driver do I need to download to fix this?

If your Bluetooth devices are not showing, pairing or connecting, or not finding devices, try these suggestions:

    Run Hardware and Device Troubleshooter
    Restart Bluetooth Support Service
    Enable the Bluetooth Audio Service
    Update Bluetooth Device Driver.

    Run Hardware and Device Troubleshooter
The built-in Hardware Troubleshooter scans for issues and makes sure
that any new device or hardware attached to your computer is installed
correctly or not. To run the troubleshooter, do the following:

Press the ‘Windows + W’ key.
Type troubleshooter in the search box and hit the ‘Enter’ key.
Click hardware and sound and run the Hardware and Device troubleshooter.

    Restart Bluetooth Support Service
You may want to check if the related Services are started and
running smoothly. To do this, press Windows key + R, type services.msc.
Next, right-click on Bluetooth Support service and select Restart.
Right-click on Bluetooth support service and select Properties and ensure that the startup type is Automatic.

    I hope something helps.

Have a look in Device Manager and see which model MTK Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card you have (as Acer has a few MTK BT drivers for your laptop) then establish the MTK model and install the oem Acer Bluetooth driver for this card from the Acer A315-24PT support page, as it could be that Win-11 has installed a newer Bluetooth driver and that new driver doesn't work with your MTK card, which is not unusual, as this happens to my 2 years old Nitro AN515-56 laptop with a Killer AX1650i Bluetooth driver, that the Bluetooth and headphones only works with the Acer oem provided driver, so try that. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
