    Check If there is a loose connection between your monitor and computer, the issue will appear. So, check whether your cable is firmly connected or not. Besides, check if the cable is faulty. If it is damaged, replace the cable with a new one and see if the monitor can work.

    If you connected the extra monitor to the USB-C port with a HDMI-USB-C cable while your USB-C port does not support Display out that's what you will see. Consider a HDMI splitter, but you won't be able to extend screens.
