I know there is a bunch other topic but usually ppl has old 10 gen or somhow 8pin custom connector

I bought BARE mobo (LGA1700) with 6pin atx power1 + case for cheap - I make custom cables, so i thought power it up shouldnt be a much problem

I found pinout on reddit + very good pictures of an atx adapter :

1. I made simple cable for my seasonic PSU - not work at all
2. I made atx adapter for 24pin - not work at all (checked with 3 psus)

SO i thought I will short green with GND by paper clip (I know i can just plug PWR ON to GND) but used paper clip and PC boots up normally

but this not solving a problem
PSU WORKS 24/7 - when i want to close system under windows (start + shutdown) system shuts down but all fans and leds still works
when i shut down by pressing power button shortly - pc will shut down normally and fans and leds go off, PSU still will work (bcoz green pin + one gnd is shorted)

stock acer psu afaik dont have VSB line just 12V so why this is not working?

That's probably because your fans & leds are being fed by another, separate system-uncontrolled circuit inside your existing multi-rail PSU. Only one system-controlled PSU circuit can be used, like in a single-rail PSU. Accordingly, its effective power output rating will be less running in single-rail mode.
