Acer Nitro AN515-57 Battery will not charging

My device is not charging. Specifically, when I connect the power adapter, the computer runs normally but the battery power continues to slowly decrease.(After three or four months, its battery gradually dropped from 80+ to 4%.) When I disconnect the power adapter, the computer is forced to shut down and won't turn on. I've tried plugging the power adapter into a different outlet, or removing the static by pressing and holding the power button after removing the power adapter, but nothing works.

That is indicating a bad battery. Run a Battery Report in Windows and check the discharging profile if that is very fast you need to replace your battery. If the Battery reports looks normal but the charging is poor your power adapter capacity is too low for the load, get a larger capacity power adapter.

If the laptop can not hold a charge, then there is a possible problem with the battery pack. To check this, plug in the laptop to the charger and see if the laptop begins to charge. You can see this by observing the battery icon on the bottom right of the monitor.
